Executive functioning skills help us manage everyday life, from getting organized and managing time to planning ahead, staying focused, regulating emotions, and following through on tasks. Executive functioning support provides practical strategies tailored to each person’s needs, helping turn intentions into action and making daily life feel more manageable. We use a neurodiverse-affirming framework; we work with your brain style to create strategies that work for you.
If you struggle to set up systems and schedules, find yourself procrastinating on tasks that need to be done, or having a hard time finishing homework/assignments, an executive function coach can help.
We can discuss what's getting in your way and decide if coaching is right for you.
Work with our clinicians to narrow down goals and make a plan to get things done. This is always individualized to you.
Meet weekly or biweekly to make sure our plan is working and to help keep you on task.
Debrief at the end of the project; what worked? what strategies can you use elsewhere?
Rates vary based on the level of involvement. Contact us for a phone consultation.
