Winter, PhD.
The true value of an evaluation comes with the recommendations: the blueprint for the best path forward.
Emily Winter, PhD (she/her), is a licensed psychologist, board certified in school psychology, who specializes in psychological evaluation. Her assessment of children, adolescents and young adults is strengths-based, neuro-affirming and culturally responsive.
She works side by side with clients and their support systems, including caregivers, school teams, health providers, partners and family, bringing together assessment data and what is seen in real life to understand each person’s story.
Whether or not an evaluation results in a diagnosis, she sees its value in the recommendations that help you or your family decide the best path forward. She is also an assistant professor of clinical psychology and runs a research lab.
